Our 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Italy is an ancient product of the kings and queens of Europe. This recipe has been handed down through the families for generations.
The Lambrusco and Tribbiano grapes which are high in sugar content are pressed, and the juice which is called "must" is heated in copper kettles and reduced down to the proper consistency. It is then transferred into small oak barrels and aged to perfection.
Our Balsamic Vinegar is dark as night with a heavenly thick consistency and a sweet pungent taste that delights all the senses. It is excellent in salad dressing when paired with our olive oil or used as a marinade. Use it on broiled vegetables, in sauces, and dressings for meat and fish. May be used over fruit or ice cream.
