Our 25 Star Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Italy is an ancient product of the kings and queens of Europe. This recipe has been handed down through the families for generations.The Lambrusco and Tribbiano grapes which are high in sugar content are pressed, and the juice which is called "must" is heated in copper kettles and reduced down to the proper consistency. It is then transferred into small oak barrels and aged to perfection.

Our Balsamic Vinegar is dark as night with a heavenly thick consistency and a sweet pungent taste that delights all the senses. It is excellent in salad dressing when paired with our olive oil or used as a marinade. Use it on broiled vegetables, in sauces, and dressings for meat and fish. May be used over fruit or ice cream.

White Balsamic Vinegar

Our White Balsamic vinegar is made with white wine vinegar and grape Must (fresh pressed juice with seeds and skins). The White Balsamic vinegar is milder and slightly less sweet than the regular Balsamic vinegar with a little more acidic flavor for the pallet. It pairs well with either our Arbosana Olive oil or our Koroneiki Olive oil. Great in white sauces and served in salad dressings. Wonderful to drizzle over BB-Q'd fruit. Also good on ice cream.

It pairs nicely with our extra virgin olive oils. It is also a wonderful seasoning to use on eggs with a bit of garlic olive oil, and is yummy on popcorn.
